Carnion evolves into Onrade starting at level 25.

Biology

Carnion are small, joyful Pokémon. They live in abandoned parts of cities, where they come out at night to dance and party. Their fast and strong dancing feet make small lights on the pavement. Once a year the Carnion will take over the city to organise a huge party to which all Pokémon and humans are invited.
