Biology

Hozes have small legs, but attach long shadow extensions to these small stumps. These extensions make it possible to change the size of their legs. When scared, Hozes throw away all of their legs like projectiles hitting whatever startled them. To intimate foes it grows its legs to immense lenght.

Hozes are are sometimes refered to as web parasites. They can't grow any webs themselves and so they often steel the webs of other Bug-type Pokémon.

Hozes are very popular Pokémon with judges and lawyers. It's often said that Hozes are naturally attracted to morally good people and hostile towards to the immoral. Some judges are known to led Hozes crawl over suspects as a test of their moral character.
