Buleer is one of the finale evolutions of Hups. It evolves from Hups when it is exposed to a Dusk Stone.

Biology

Buleer are constantly trying to find the right balance on their small feet. This gives the impression that it's always stumbling on its feet. They are impulsive and reckless Pokémon.

Buleer are addicted to Hups poison. When they take this poison their attack stat highly rises, but it will also go in a frenzy. Afterwards most Buleer experience amnesia, not remembering the damage they have caused. A lot of Hups parties get utterly destroyed when a Buleer ravages the place.

Buleer are often used as a weapon by the military and law enforcement. When the goal is to scare as many people as possible or cause a lot damage, a horde of Buleer is released.
