Biology

Crist are small Pokémon that can be found in every city of the Belgica Region. Although harmless, they are often believed to be quite annoying as they are known to stalk people and Pokémon around town. They only leave these poor victims when they are sufficiently entertained. Some managers and arts teachers are known to let their employees and students be stalked by Crist in order for them to become more creative as entertainers.

Crist are not very offensive Pokémon. They mostly rely on their speed and hard helmets to avoid predators.
