Paroarde is the final evolution of Cubbet. It evolves from Cubbet when it is exposed to a Moon Stone.

Biology

Every city in the Belgica Region have a yearly parade in which they celebrate defeating a large and powerful Pokémon that used to live on the grounds where their city is build. These parades are refered to as the Catout.

During the Catout, Paroarde always walk in the procession. These Pokémon are still a mystery, as they only show up during the procession. With their huge mouths they make a sound that strikes everyone who hears it with fear. The fear of Paroarde is a common phobia with people in the Belgica Region.

Most scientists believe try to protect the Catout processions against evil spirits. There are loads of legends about Paroarde showing up at someone's house and dragging them to the underworld to become a Paroarde themselves.
