#100 Bapcian (Psychic)

Bapcian evolves into Priscian starting at level 30.

Biology:
Bapcian live underwater. As a child they are placed in a body of water by their parents are tasked with taking care of the water. Young Bapcian, however, are still largely unaware of the gravity of their task.
They can sometimes be seen floating on the surface of rivers and lakes. They are often mistaken to be human babies. But when someone tries to save them, these helpers are often punished by Bapcian who feels threatened by their sudden movement.
