Priscian evolves from Bapcian starting at level 30 and evolves into Moncian starting at level 45.

Biology:
Priscian can be found deep underwater taking care of the ecosystem of rivers and lakes. They are known to create great underwater buildings and gardens.
Although well-meaning, the structures erected by Priscian can be damaging to the water they live in and they are hostile towards other Pokémon living in their territory.
