Moncian evolves from Priscian starting at level 45. They are the final evolution of Bapcian.

Biology:
Moncian see themselves as the guardians of large bodies of water, like lakes, rivers and even sea shore. They can be seen praying on the bottom of the body of water they live in or floating above it.
Yet, don't let yourself be fooled by Moncian's exterior. Although it looks friendly and even holy, they are territorial predators and are more cruel than the average Gyarados
