Quinchor evolves from Qwilfish when leveled up holding the 'Military Secret' item.

Biology:
Although it was long believed that only Hisuian Qwilfish was able to evolve, during a war the military discovered how to evolve Qwilfish into the terrifying Quinchor. Ever since the method of evolving them has been a well-kept secret.
Quinchor are terrifying predators. Their bodies are made of metal that is able to whitstand any attack, while their tail is filled with a poisonous liquid. Quinchor are very territorial Pokémon, like Overqwil, and will attack every Pokémon and vehicle that comes too close. Their prefered spot to hide is close to the shore, where they will attack any ship coming by.
