Demtera evolves from Caster starting at level 21 and evolves into Lucera starting at level 42.

Biology:
Like Caster, Demtera are urban Pokémon that live in close proximity to humans. Demtera are guardians, who protect other Pokémon, humans and plants. They can often been found in gardens on the lookout for dubious intruders. They are able to hide themselves in the flowerpot they wear, disguising themselves to look like a plant.
