Biology:
Lucera are flambiont Pokémon that have a borderline unhealthy obsesion with beauty. These Pokémon will often grow gardens that are impractical or even dangerous to other inhabitants. They are responsible for some of the nicest parks in Belgician cities and buildings being destroyed by wild plants. They use the scythes on their hands to trim the plants.
