Abki evolves from Klefki starting at level 45 when leveled up at the Spikeforrest Abbey.

Biology:
Klefki generally like to collect every key they happen to cross paths with. Yet some extraordinarily dutiful Klefki have taken the task upon themselves to only carry the keys of the monks at Spikeforrest Abbey. These Klefki have unlocked a previously unknown evolution.
Abki are protective and dutiful Pokémon that have a strong connection with the humans they serve. They protect the property to which their keys belong with their life. Abki have protected the Abbey from dragons for centuries.
