Anzel evolves from Floatzel when leveled up holding the 'Military Secret' item.

Biology:
Floatzel is in most parts of the world believed to be the final evolution of Buizel, but in a war long ago the Belgican military discovered how to evolve it into Anzel. Ever since this method of evolution is a well-kept secret.
Anzel has floating sacs, but it rarely uses these as they slow down its speed. It uses its strong anchor-like tail for many purposes. It is used to make speed, attach itself to its prey and attach itself to rocks during storms. It keeps the shells on its arms sharp by hitting them against its tail.
