Biology:
Hypno is in most parts of the world believed to be the final evolution of Drowzee, but in a war long ago the Belgican military discovered how to evolve it into Tapmar. Ever since this method of evolution is a well-kept secret.
The pendulum on Tapmar's staff emits strong psychic energy that it uses to manipulate and read the minds of those around it. Although it is a formidable foe, it prefers to let others do its dirty work. It is very arrogant, which is often its downfall.
