Prug evolves into Parshell starting at level 40.

Biology:
Prug is a pretty weak Pokémon. However, they have a very peculiar shell, which resembles a small ferocious dragon-like creature. Rather than using its strength, Prug tries to trick its surrounding into believing it is a dragon.
