Primarina is the final evolution of Popplio. It evolves from Brionne starting at level 36.

Biology

Primarina were stolen by Belgicans from a far away region. Unlike Alola, where Primarina has no direct natural enemies, in Belgica the few Primarina who were able to escape captivity had to defend themselves in the harsh environment of the northern sea. This has resulted in Primarina gaining a new form in Belgica.

Belgican Primarina are tough Pokémon. Although they are still very graceful, they are also feared fighters. They use waves to increase the power of their fists. It is known to sing victory songs after a tough battle.
