#111 Flemeon (Ground)

Flemeon is one of the evolutions of Eevee. It evolves from Eevee when it levels up holing a Razor Fang. It is one of the Eeveelutions.

Biology

Flemeon is known as 'The Unbeatable Lion.' It is said to be unbeatable because of its rare defensive ability Solid Ground. As long as Flemeon is touching the ground all of its Defensive stats are doubled. This has the unfortunate side-effect that when Flemeon isn't able to touch the ground its defensive stats are halved.

For this reason Flemeon seldomly leaves the area it was born in, as it's ability doesn't work in a lot of habitats. Flemeon is a very proud Pokémon though and instead of admitting this weak spot, it looks down on other region and Pokémon that come from these regions.

Flemeon are immensely popular Pokémon in the Belgica Region. Because of its special ability it is one of the best defensive Pokémon to own. It is especially popular with law enforcement, gym challengers and politicians, who use them as bodyguards. Because of its ability though, they're only Pokémon in the parts of the region where their ability works.
